The half ended with ladies scratching their heads and wondering how to crawl out of a three goal deficit. Sage Heymann and Brianna Cuahuzio provided much needed rest for players by continuing to apply pressure to the aggressors. When the Millers chose to put it out wide then Mackenzie Boyer and Emiliana Castillo would turn them back. Jocelynn Nakhammouane, Vivian Wilson and Hayley Brown disrupted some of the central attack. Valiantly Abby Smith worked to protect her 24 by 7 rectangle, but the aerial barrage came in endless waves. Emma Brinson, Aleris Crum, Hayden Stamper and Marlee Weaver tried to regain some composure as the attack was relentless. When the Millers scored in the first five minutes the spirit to fight was deflated. The ladies took the field for what they knew was going to be a tough competition. Several of the girls were battling the sniffles which did not help an already small reserve. The Silver Lady Tigers played host to the fierce Noblesville Millers on a calm summer night when the sweat bees were attacking in force.
